CSE Appointed as ABB Low Voltage Strategic Partner

ABB announced at their annual sales conference for strategic
industrial distributors on 17th October a new ‘strategic partner
award’ for their low voltage products and that CSE Industrial
Electrical Distributors has been confirmed as one of the lead
partners. At the same time, ABB also announced that for the second
year in succession, CSE was the largest ABB low voltage distributor.
ABB manufactures a broad range of products for the low voltage
market including control gear, installation equipment, power
breakers, switch gear, enclosures and the Entrelec terminals range
which CSE supplies to its growing customer base.
In addition to the low voltage product range, CSE is also a
recognised leader in the distribution of the ABB HVAC drives range
which launched to critical acclaim in 2004.
Tony Harris, CSE technical director said “we have worked very
closely with ABB for many years and recommend many of their products
as the product of choice to our customers. In turn, we are proactive
at feeding back what our customers are saying to us – to aid
development of the product range, for both our market shares.”
Dave Evans of ABB commented “CSE has long been a strategic partner
for ABB and in particular Low Voltage equipment as they work so
closely with us. They are actively marketing the quality of the ABB
product range and promoting it to their growing customer base”.
He went on to say “this commitment to the ABB brand and range of
products has been reflected in their ongoing sales success as the
top ABB distributors for the second year in a row.”
