CSE Cables New Mezzanine Floor

Since the dedicated cables warehouse was set up last year, we have seen a surge of interest from new and existing clients.

To accomodate their requirements of having more product in stock, we have added to our capacity through a new mezzanine floor.

Tri Rated Cable

CSE Cables will soon be distributing to its customers a new Tri Rated Cables information sheet it is having printed with information on the stocked colours, sizes sold and other interesting information, for example that CSE Cables stocks all phase colours up to 35mm².

In addition to holding excellent stocks of Tri Rated Cable at its dedicated cable warehouse, sizes above 10mm² can be supplied cut to length.

Southampton Old Bowling Green / Children in Need

CSE Industrial Electrical Distributors Southampton branch was delighted to have sponsored a Children In Need fund raising event open day at the oldest bowling green in the world on Sunday 4th May 2008.

Southampton Old Bowling Green was established in 1299 and the club has had continuous records since then.

Money contributed was divided equally between Children in Need and the Southampton Old Bowling Green who are upgrading and refurbishing their disabled facilities.

Nexans Alsecure NXS Cable

The Nexans Alsecure NXS is set to become one of the most sold cables in the UK due to the new wiring regulations BS7671, replacing twin and earth and some SWA cable installations. It is suitable for industrial and domestic wiring applications as it can be buried in concrete, attached to brick, stone, metal, wood and behind plaster. If the Alsecure NXS’s aluminium sheathing is penetrated by a sharp object (e.g. nail) it will trip a circuit breaker.
