Eldon Floor Standing Enclosures - MKS

CSE is delighted to announce that it has increased its warehousing facilities in Wessex Road, Bourne End and now has available from stock the Eldon floor standing Enclosures - principally the MKS range.

The MKS range is an ergonomic and strongly designed enclosure. The Multi-Flex range of mild steel single door floor standing enclosures offers any user maximum reliability. With a removable rear and roof panel to allow easy hole punching and hinges for left or right hand opening, MKS satisfies the toughest of demands.

Top Eldon Regional Distributor of 2007

Eldon Enclosures - Industry Wide Colour Change

The ELDON GROUP announced in July 2007, that they would be changing the colour of their industrial range of enclosures from “beige” RAL 7032 to “light grey” RAL 7035 on the 1st January 2008. This is due to pressure from the industry to unify colours, as their is no real benefit for continuing to offer two different colours in the market.

Another advantage of switching to RAL 7035 (R5 for short) is that the change also harmonizes the colour with the industry standard for Data & Telecom products (19” Racks). Eldon’s new Power & Distribution System (Eldon Power System) which is due for launch later this year will also be in R5.

Although the impact of changing the colour of floor standing enclosures is likely to cause less disruption than that of wall mounted enclosures, because they are more project driven, and therefore usually known about in advance of the project beginning, both colours will be available from Eldon during January and February 2008. Only after the 1st of March 2008 will RAL 7032 become officially obsolete, and once stocks are exhausted, manufactured to order. Eldon suggests you consult your nearest official Eldon Distributor for price and delivery of any RAL 7032 products after 1st March 2008. In preparation for the launch of R5 in January, Eldon’s factories have been busy producing enclosures in the new colour for the last few months, so they can make sure the transition is as seamless as possible, and therefore trouble free! Eldon will continue to manufacture enclosures in RAL 7032 until at least the end of this year, although depending on demand may continue painting in RAL 7032 until the end of February 2008.
