Good news for machine builders and panel builders! Located at Eldon’s warehouses throughout Europe, Eldon Express Customisation Centers are now equipped to offer hole making, cut-outs and threading on Eldon’s standard products locally, efficiently, and with short lead times.
What Eldon can offer
Eldon has equipped their Express Customisation Centers with modern equipment for machining Eldon off-the-shelf enclosures and other products. The product ranges that can be processed include mild steel and stainless steel floor standing and wall mounted enclosures, plus terminal boxes in several different materials, as well as many accessories, such as side panels.
Eldon can offer cut-outs, such as rectangular, circular and other types, in any part of the body or door of an enclosure, and holes and threaded holes in different dimensions.
CSE can help our customers with this service in batch sizes of up to 20 units. Eldon can also handle larger batch sizes, but will need to look at each specific case and provide you with a bespoke quote.
All Eldon would need from you is a drawing in an electronic format that is supported by Eldon. Once CSE has passed it on, delivery of the modified product can be within 72 hours. It’s fast, convenient and simple.
If you have a drawing in a format not supported by Eldon, they can create a version which is supported by our processes for you and, once it is approved, the machining process will commence.
