Danfoss Competition Winner

Tuesday 16th April 2013

CSE’s Southampton branch is a specialist provider of Danfoss Low Voltage components and drives. Each of the sales team has been trained by Danfoss to ensure we are able to provide appropriate knowledge and expertise when required by our customers. In addition, good stocks are held of the most popular Danfoss Low Voltage products.

Mark Osborn is the technical lead for Danfoss sales, with an in-depth technical and application knowledge of the Danfoss range of products stocked and supplied by Southampton. Mark is often on the phone with customers, listening to their requirements and guiding them to an appropriate technical solution. This was reflected recently when Danfoss were looking for application stories from its Danfoss Partners on how customers had been helped with their Danfoss purchase. Mark put forward an example of how he had worked with a customer to specify an appropriate solenoid valve for a water cooling application. The application story was the most impressive put forward to Danfoss and recognised accordingly.

Ray Hargreaves, CSE Southampton Branch Manager said “I was delighted for Mark to win the award personally and also as a team to have the recognition of the time and money we have invested in our relationship with Danfoss to develop our expertise and our ability to provide the best possible service for our customers.” If you have a Danfoss Industrial Control requirement and need some advice on which one you require, please do not hesitate to contact Mark or any of the team for individual information.
