Following our financial year end (March 31st) Managing Director John Le Grys has instigated a minor “reshuffle” to job roles at Bourne End. CSE’s owners have always prided themselves on maintaining consistently high customer service and have decided to split the Branch Manager position in two and have apportioned it as follows:
As Operations Manager Andy Joseph-Green will shoulder responsibility for maintaing and continuously improving CSE’s Customer Services and after-sales processes. This will include overseeing the warehouse, purchase and logistics teams to expedite customer sales orders as quickly and professionally as possible! Quality and Procedure and Health & Safety will also now fall under Andy’s remit.
Accountability for sales budgets, targets and all aspects of order generation will henceforth by taken on by Rob Taylor in the role of Area Sales Manager. Rob’s priorities will be to build a strong sales team to capitalise on the sales turnover and growth of recent months.
Gina Chaplin now in the role of Office Supervisor will be responsible for the smooth running of the sales office functions and will oversee the Sales Office Team!
On a less happy note we are sad to be losing the services of both Ellen Shaw in the sales office and Paul Lloyd in external sales.
Ellen has worked for CSE for over three and a half years and has been a fantastic asset to the company. Those of you who know Ellen and want to wish her the best of luck in her new career (Estate Agency) have until 16th May, which is her last day at CSE.
Paul has only been at CSE for a few months but has recently moved away from the area – thus ending his stint at CSE prematurely. We wish Paul a successful start in his new venture.
Finally, we would like to extend a warm welcome to Saira Ali, who has recently joined our Internal Sales team. Saira already has experience in customer service and will now be applying her skills to the electrical industry.
