Livestock Housing & Ventilation
Drives to control fans, airflow and temperature. Contactors and timers to sequence the fans and lighting. And the whole installation is wired through corrosion-resistant enclosures and watertight fittings that withstand ammonia and washdown.
Feeding Systems & Seed Silos
CSE can supply capacitive and photoelectric sensors to detect and control feed distribution to automate dosing for consistent animal welfare and yield, while level-measurement sensors monitor the quantity of grain and feed in large silos and smaller storage containers, with solid state relays and soft starters switching and controlling the feed motors behind them.
Dairy & Milk Cooling / Refrigeration
Pressure switches and transmitters sense the refrigeration circuit, thermostats and solenoid valves control the cooling and fluid flow, and drives run the milking-parlour vacuum pumps, all housed in stainless steel enclosures suited to washdown areas. Danfoss hermetic reciprocating and scroll compressors sit at the heart of the bulk tank condensing unit, cooling milk from around 38°C to a 4°C storage temperature without freezing it against the tank wall.
